Parker D. Owens holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Trulaske College of Business at the University of Missouri, a Bachelor of Journalism, with an emphasis in Strategic Communications, from the Missouri School of Journalism at the University of Missouri, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri School of Law.

While in law school, Parker was involved in a variety of organizations. As a member of the Business, Entrepreneurship, & Tax Law Review, Parker authored a variety of articles and notes, including commentary about the expansion of the 2nd amendment with the popularity of 3D-printing and the impact of labor organizations on higher education.

Parker was twice elected as graduate student body president for the University of Missouri, where he served as lead advocate for the student body and representative for the Columbia campus at the UM System Council. Parker also served within the Missouri School of Law Veteran’s Clinic, where he worked with disabled veterans to get their rightly-earned VA benefits.

During his time at the University of Missouri, Parker received honors including the Mizzou ’39 Award and Mizzou 18 Award, and he was also inducted into the Rollins Society.

Parker specializes in business and real estate, and also performs a variety of associated legal work for probate and trust administration matters. Parker also serves as General Counsel to Legal Land Title, LLC.
